How to Schedule a Mobile Dental Visit: Step-by-Step

Getting started with mobile dentistry is much simpler than most people expect. There’s no referral required, no complicated forms to navigate, and no confusing phone trees. Here’s exactly what the process looks like when you call Smiles by Delivery.

Step 1: Give Us a Call or Send a Message

The easiest way to get started is to call us at (602) 555-0190. You can also reach out through our website at smilesbydelivery.com. When you contact us, you don’t need to have all the answers ready — we’ll ask you the questions we need to get you set up.

If you’re a family member or caregiver scheduling on behalf of a patient, that’s completely fine. We work with families and care teams all the time.

Step 2: Tell Us a Little About the Patient

We’ll ask for some basic information: the patient’s name, age, and address (or facility name and address, if they’re in assisted living or a care facility). We’ll also ask about the reason for the visit — whether it’s a routine checkup, a specific dental concern, pain, a denture issue, or something else. This helps us prepare the right equipment and allocate the right amount of time.

Step 3: Insurance and Payment

Before confirming your appointment, we’ll ask about insurance coverage. We work with Medicare Advantage plans, many Medicaid managed care plans, and a variety of private insurance providers. We’ll let you know what your plan covers and what, if anything, will be your responsibility.

If you’re uninsured or your plan isn’t one we accept, we’ll discuss self-pay options. We believe everyone deserves dental care, and we’ll work with you.
